For Custom orders - Please give us a week as we will need time to create the glazes and colors for your order. 

Orders past the requested time will be subjected to a surcharge

Cancellation policy 

Orders cancelled 5 days prior to order will receive a full refund 

Orders cancelled 3 days before the order will receive a 50% refund 

Orders cancelled 1 day before the order will receive a 25% refund 

Orders cancelled on the day of the order will not receive any refund
